Varinder has over 10 years of construction experience. He was immediately engrossed with building when it was first introduced to him as a teenager by his uncle, another reputable builder. Our Building Process
First step is an assessment to determine various geological elements and the impact those elements will have in the building process. We will provide you with all of the necessary zoning by-laws to help you refine your decision in terms of the design, size, and landscaping for your custom home.
This will be a collaborative effort that will include the Home Designer. Our goal is to translate your vision into a detailed and desired design. Once the design and estimate are approved, we will provide you with all of the necessary documentation to sign a contract and begin construction.
Working with our qualified and dedicated team of courteous and professional tradesmen, we will begin to transform your vision into a reality. We will utilize industry approved, budget-effective, and energy efficient methods and materials to build your custom home.
